Paul M. Bernstein, Ph.D.
Dr. Paul Bernstein is a Licensed Psychologist and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. In addition to his private practice in Aspinwall, Pennsylvania, Paul is a professor of counseling at a well respected Pittsburgh university.
For almost forty years Paul has counseled individuals, couples, groups and families. Paul is a member of a medical staff of two leading Pittsburgh hospitals, and in 1998, he was appointed by Governor Ridge to the Sexual Offenders Assessment Board for Megan's Law. As a forensic psychologist, Paul is qualified to testify in state and federal courts in civil and criminal cases.
As a Pennsylvania Certified School Psychologist Paul evaluates children with special needs and helps students who require special accommodations in school and when examined.
Paul provides pre-employment evaluations and consults with corporations (private and public), police departments, police academies, agencies, and schools.
